TERMS OF SERVICE
Welcome to Navdha Fashion (including brands Navdha Fashion and Cotton Culture). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (www.navdhafashion.com or your domain), services, and products ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services. We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
You must be 18+ and capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law. Provide accurate information during registration/orders. You are responsible for account security; we are not liable for unauthorized access.
Products
Products (ethnic wear, kids clothing, etc.) are sold "as is." Colors/sizes may vary due to screens/fabrics; we are not liable for discrepancies.
Order Processing
Orders are offers; we reserve the right to refuse/cancel (e.g., stock issues, fraud). Prices in INR include GST where applicable; exclude shipping.
Payments
Prepaid only via secure gateways (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets). No Cash on Delivery (COD). Full payment due at order placement; promos/discounts non-transferable.
Standard delivery 5-10 days pan-India post-payment confirmation; delays due to logistics possible. Risk transfers on dispatch. Inspect on receipt; report damages within 48 hours.
7-day returns for defects/non-matching (unused, tags intact). No returns on sale/custom/franchise orders. Refunds processed in 7-10 days to original payment method. Shipping fees non-refundable.
Prohibited: Illegal use, viruses, unauthorized scraping, infringing intellectual property. We own all content; limited license for personal use. User content (reviews) grants us non-exclusive rights.
6. Key Conditions for Navdha Fashion
GST Compliance
All prices are GST-inclusive; invoices provided with each order. Complies with IGST for interstate sales across India.
Franchise and B2B Orders
Bulk/wholesale orders are subject to separate agreements; standard returns policy does not apply to franchise orders.
Limitation of Liability
Maximum liability equals the order value. We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits, business interruption, or consequential damages).
These Terms are governed by Indian laws, and all disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra. We may terminate access for violations of these Terms. See our Privacy Policy for information on data handling and protection.
