2.1 Unboxing Video Documentation (MANDATORY)

All customers MUST record an opening video of their parcel upon delivery to validate any claims. The video should clearly show:

·         Product details inside packaging before unboxing

·         Any visible damage to packaging or product

·         All items against order description
